Lotto:
Lotto results 3rd September - lotto numbers were 6, 11, 19 and 23. £25 lucky dip winners were Nuala Kearney and Roisin McCann (online). Next week’s jackpot is £1,100. Championship football:
As the senior championship reaches knock out stages our senior footballers take on Ahoghill on Friday 13th September at 7:30pm in Portglenone. All tickets must be purchased on the universe website – www.universe.com
Congratulations to our senior ladies who defeated Wolfe Tones in the preliminary round and are through to the quarter finals against Eire Og next Sunday.
Colour Fun Run and Walk:
Many thanks to everyone who supported the Colour run on Saturday past. It was a great day for everyone young and old and the funds raised will go towards supporting our youth teams!
Boozy bingo:
Keep the date free - Friday 25th October for our Halloween themed Boozy Bingo night with DJ Henry Doc in the social club. Sure to be a great night! Limited number of tickets will be available to purchase soon. Tickets £20 each. Keep an eye out on social media for more details!
Handball tournament:
There will be a fancy-dress mixed doubles handball tournament at the club on Saturday 19th October in aid of MNDA and ALPS. Everyone is welcome to come and support this event, light refreshments will be provided. Contact Maura if you would like to enter a team!
Pitch news:
Reminder to all players and managers to take all plastic bottles and drinks containers off the pitch after training and matches as it makes cutting the grass time consuming. Thank you for your understanding.
Downstairs gym:
New opening hours from 6:30am to 9pm daily. Gym membership £20 a month or £8 a month bolt on for Gold card members. Please contact Eamonn 07851946687 for your key fob to gain access to the gym.
Car park:
Patrons are reminded that the large stone overflow car park is not to be used for parking unless attending a GAA event at the club. It is not for gaining access to residential properties - NO EXCEPTIONS! The bollards are up for a reason, and NO ONE should be accessing the car park by driving over the kerbs along the adjacent private lane which is for vehicular access to 3 Shore Road only. Please show consideration to other people’s property and be respectful to the wishes of our Executive committee.
Dog owners:
In the interest of health and hygiene dog owners are asked not to exercise dogs in the club grounds and are reminded to clean up after your dog! Please keep our grounds free from dog dirt…
Hall booking:
The main club hall can be booked for many events including indoor soccer, basketball, handball and of course birthdays! Please remember to contact Emmett before using the hall to make sure there is nothing else on at that time. Reminder that all hall bookings must be paid for at the end of each session. Users of the hall are asked to keep the hall and the store clean after use! Emmett – 07860964147

Social club:
