Due to a bereavement the lotto has been temporarily postponed but will be back up and running soon. Your continued support for the club lotto is greatly appreciated.

Cargin golf day:

Erin’s Own Cargin golf classic Friday 10th May at Moyola Park Golf Club. Four ball team - £200. Great prizes on offer. Prize giving presentation at Cargin social club at 9pm on Friday 10th May. Downstairs gym:

New opening hours from 6:30am to 9pm daily. Gym membership £20 a month or £8 a month bolt on for Gold card members. Please contact Eamonn 07851946687 for your key fob to gain access to the gym.


It will soon be that time of the year where members are asked to renew their membership on the Foireann system. Full list of membership details will be released soon. Please keep an eye out for them on social media.

Roads Service:

There will some traffic disruption from Monday 12th February to Friday 29th March due to ongoing roadworks to construct a cycleway in Toome. Members are asked to take care when entering and leaving the premises due to the proximity of heavy machinery.

4 code club:

Congratulations to everyone involved in ensuring that Cargin is now a four-code club under the One Club Model – Gaelic football, ladies football, camogie and handball!

Nursery fundamentals:

Nursery Fundamentals for boys and girls training recommencing next Saturday 19th February at 10am-10.45 in Cargin hall. Contact Naimh 00353872723450.

  • U6 & U8 Girls Football: Training starts Thursday 8th February at 6.15-7pm. Contact Naimh or Pauline 07708992202.

Car park:

Patrons are reminded that the large stone overflow car park is not to be used for parking unless attending a GAA event at the club. It is not for gaining access to residential properties - NO EXCEPTIONS! The bollards are up for a reason, and NO ONE should be accessing the car park by driving over the kerbs along the adjacent private lane which is for vehicular access to 3 Shore Road only. Please show consideration to other people’s property and be respectful to the wishes of our Executive committee.

Dog owners:

In the interest of health and hygiene dog owners are asked not to exercise dogs in the club grounds and are reminded to clean up after your dog! Please keep our grounds free from dog dirt…

Hall booking:

The main club hall can be booked for many events including indoor soccer, basketball, handball and of course birthdays! Please remember to contact Emmett before using the hall to make sure there is nothing else on at that time. Reminder that all hall bookings must be paid for at the end of each session. Users of the hall are asked to keep the hall clean after use! Emmett - 07860964147

Social club:
