Lotto:

Lotto results 2nd September - lotto numbers were 4, 20, 21 and 22. £25 lucky dip winners: Anne McCloskey and Anita Gribbin. Next week's jackpot is £1,650! Charity football match:

We're back again for another year, with Cargin and Roger Casements coming together to raise money for a fantastic cause in aid of Air Ambulance Northern Ireland in memory of Paddy Fullan on Saturday 20th September at Erin's Own Cargin. Underage games from 4pm. Masters match at 6pm. Followed by refreshments and entertainment in the social club. It's set to be a brilliant evening of football, community spirit and fundraising. Come down, bring the family and show your support for a very worthy cause. Everyone welcome!


Lough Showdown:

Congratulations to seasoned habdballers Barry O'Donnell and Jimmy Scullion, who produced a thrilling all-Cargin final in the Contender Competition at the Lough Showdown in Loughmacrory on Saturday, with Barry emerging as the winner! Cargin was also represented in the U11 fun doubles by Eabha Quinn and Annie Cassidy. Well done everyone!

Paint and Prosecco:

We are delighted to reveal that Crafty Chicks will be delivering a Paint and Prosecco evening in the social club on Saturday 18th October from 6pm to 8:30pm, followed by a raffle and a DJ. Fundraiser in aid of Little Heroes charity in memory of Ethan McCourt. Ticket costs £35. Contact Louise Keenan for more details.

Friends of Cargin draw:

Pedestrian zone:

Please note that the safe zone at the back of the club house is now in operation please respect this when parking. As always please drive carefully when using the car parks at the club.

Downstairs gym:

New opening hours from 6:30am to 9pm daily. Gym membership £20 a month or £8 a month bolt on for Gold card members. Please contact Ciara 07742789640 for your key fob to gain access to the gym.


Car park:

Patrons are reminded that the large stone overflow car park is not to be used for parking unless attending a GAA event at the club. It is not for gaining access to residential properties - NO EXCEPTIONS! The bollards are up for a reason, and NO ONE should be accessing the car park by driving over the kerbs along the adjacent private lane which is for vehicular access to 3 Shore Road only. Please show consideration to other people’s property and be respectful to the wishes of our Executive committee.

Dog owners:

In the interest of health and hygiene dog owners are asked not to exercise dogs in the club grounds and are reminded to clean up after your dog! Please keep our grounds free from dog dirt…

Monday 8th September: Senior football at 7pm (back pitch), Ladies handball at 7pm (hall)

Tuesday 9th September: U16 ladies football at 6pm (back pitch), U16 boys football at 7:15pm (front pitch)

Wednesday 10th September: Senior camogie at 6:15pm (front pitch), senior football at 7pm (back pitch)

Thursday 11th September: Handball from 7pm (hall)

Matches:

Friday 12th September: U12 boys v Aghagallon at 6:15pm (HOME), U12 girls football v Rossa at 6:15pm (HOME), Senior football quarter final v Aghagallon at 7:30pm at Dunsilly.

Saturday 13th September: Senior camogie v Rossa at 2pm (AWAY)

Sunday 14th September: U10 Go Games at 10am (HOME), Camogie Go Games at 10am (HOME)

Hall booking:

The main club hall can be booked for many events including indoor soccer, basketball, handball and of course birthdays! Please remember to contact Emmett before using the hall to make sure there is nothing else on at that time. Reminder that all hall bookings must be paid for at the end of each session. Cost of hall hire £50 for 2.5 hours. Users of the hall are asked to keep the hall and the store clean after use! Emmett – 07860964147

Social club:
