Lotto:

Lotto results 5th November - lotto numbers were 10, 17, 22 and 24. Congratulations to jackpot winner Siobhan McCann! Next week’s jackpot is £1,000. Ulster championship:

Hard luck to the senior football team and management who were defeated by Errigal Ciaran in the quarter final of the Ulster club championship at Corrigan Park. Disappointment for the huge numbers of Cargin fans who travelled to the game - your support is greatly appreciated! Good luck to Errigal Ciaran in the Ulster semi-final.

Coffee morning:

Many thanks to everyone who supported and provided baked goods for the Ulster championship coffee morning on Saturday.

Friends of Cargin draw:

Congratulations to the most recent winners of the Friends of Cargin draw for September and October Nr 103: Malachy Close, Randalstown and Nr 108: Sean and Sarah Kelly, Staffordstown Road.

Underage handball:

The underage handball training programme continues on Saturday 16th November. P7s and 1st years training will be from 11am to 12pm, P5 and P6 training will be from 12pm to 1pm. Each session is limited to 20 spaces. Mixed sessions – boys and girls. Book your space now – contact Una: 07835584044 or Martina: 07821317667.

Nursery training:

Advanced notice that nursery training will start on Saturday 23rd November at 9:30am in the hall. Further details will be available in due course.

Mass for deceased members:

Please note that Fr. James will be offering a mass for deceased members on Friday 29th November at Sacred Heart Church Cargin at 7pm. Everyone welcome.

Celebration night:

There will be a night of celebration to honour the 50th anniversary of the 1974 championship winning team and the 25th anniversary of the 1999 championship winning team in the club on Saturday 14th December. The new centenary book will be launched as well as a few other surprises on the night! Light refreshments provided. Everyone welcome!

Downstairs gym:

New opening hours from 6:30am to 9pm daily. Gym membership £20 a month or £8 a month bolt on for Gold card members. Please contact Eamonn 07851946687 for your key fob to gain access to the gym.

Car park:

Patrons are reminded that the large stone overflow car park is not to be used for parking unless attending a GAA event at the club. It is not for gaining access to residential properties - NO EXCEPTIONS! The bollards are up for a reason, and NO ONE should be accessing the car park by driving over the kerbs along the adjacent private lane which is for vehicular access to 3 Shore Road only. Please show consideration to other people’s property and be respectful to the wishes of our Executive committee.

Dog owners:

In the interest of health and hygiene dog owners are asked not to exercise dogs in the club grounds and are reminded to clean up after your dog! Please keep our grounds free from dog dirt…

Hall booking:

The main club hall can be booked for many events including indoor soccer, basketball, handball and of course birthdays! Please remember to contact Emmett before using the hall to make sure there is nothing else on at that time. Reminder that all hall bookings must be paid for at the end of each session. Users of the hall are asked to keep the hall and the store clean after use! Emmett – 07860964147

Social club:

The social club will be open every Friday from 5pm-12am, Saturday from 2pm-12am and Sunday from 12pm to 11pm. Please contact Mary (07783199495) if you would like to book the social club for a private function or party!! Don’t miss out on securing your preferred date…
